Wiener Walk Market Vendor Application

Part of the Little Dipper Dog Dash & Moon & Stars 5K — Saturday, September 26, 2026 at MERE Sports Complex, Marianna, Florida. The Wiener Walk Market is part of the Annual Moon & Stars 5K and our exciting Little Dipper Dog Dash! We invite local businesses, artisans, crafters, food vendors, non-profits, and direct sales representatives to join us for a fun-filled community event while supporting the Cole Borges Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Booth Information

10′ x 10′ Booth: $35

Double Booth (20′ x 10′): $60

Food Vendor / Food Truck: $75 (electricity included)

Additional booth space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
  • Keep their booth space clean throughout the event.
  • Be completely set up prior to the event opening (1:00 PM).
  • Remain open until 5:00 PM unless approved by event staff.
  • Comply with all local, county, and state regulations.
  • Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits and licenses.
  • Tents must be weighted (not just staked).

Event Schedule

  • Vendor Check-In: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Setup: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM
  • Market Opens: 1:00 PM
  • Market Closes: 5:00 PM
  • Optional Extended Hours: Vendors are welcome to remain open during the Moon & Stars 5K from 5:45 PM–8:30 PM.
  • Breakdown: 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM. Everything must be off the premises by 6:15 PM. You may stay until the 5K is over, but you will not be able to leave after 6:15 PM.

Vendor Guidelines

  • One direct sales representative per company (for example, only one Scentsy or Color Street consultant).
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Florida sales tax.
  • No refunds due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to refuse applications that are not family friendly.
  • Food vendors must comply with all health department regulations.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
  • No alcohol sales, firearms, or other weapons may be sold.
  • No political campaign booths.

Liability Release

By submitting this application, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless the Cole Borges Memorial Scholarship Fund, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and property owners from any claims, damages, loss, theft, injury, or liability arising out of participation in the Wiener Walk Market. You will provide your signature and date in the application form below to confirm this agreement.
